New In-Clinic Hours
Hello Dear Creature Comfort Family!
We have an important update to share with you regarding our days of operation:
To continue providing the high level of attentive care your pets deserve while supporting our hard-working team, Creature Comfort will be closed on Saturdays effective April 4th (apart from April 25th when we will be open for appointments)

Our new regular business hours are:

Monday – Friday: 8:00AM-6:00PM (appointments begin at 9:00AM)

Saturday – Sunday: CLOSED

Saturday Remote Support (8:00 AM – 1:00 PM):
While our physical doors are closed on Saturdays, our remote team will be answering calls and monitoring emails and voicemails from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. They will prioritize urgent requests and refill inquiries to help you prepare for the weekend. Please note that no in-person services or medication pickups are available on Saturdays or Sundays.
How this affects you:

Refills: Please plan ahead for medication refills by contacting us by Thursday each week.

Emergencies: If your pet needs urgent care while we are closed, please contact OakVet Animal Specialty Hospital at 510.879.4888 or visit their location at 1133 7th Street in Oakland or PETS Referral Center at 510.548.6484 or visit their location at 1048 University Ave in Berkeley.

Maintaining our standards of excellence requires investing in the latest medical supplies and retaining our highly skilled veterinary team. To reflect these rising costs, our updated exam fees will be as follows:

First Intake Exam: $300

Chiropractic Veterinary Exam: $150

Acupuncture Follow-up: $140

Standard / Regular Exam: $120

Recheck Exam: $100

Brief Exam: $85

Nurse Visit: $30

Prices for other services such as Laser Therapy and Ozone Therapy have also increased.
